These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DigiGym mobile application (package name com.digigym.fit, the "App"), provided by DigiGym ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a DigiGym account and use the App.

Your Account

You sign in to DigiGym using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, as it is used to authenticate your account. Notify us promptly at digigym.fit@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it using automated means without our permission, or submitting false profile or gym information.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

DigiGym is a fitness and gym-discovery tool. Content and features within the App are provided for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, health, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiGym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time — see Delete Account & Data.
