This Privacy Policy explains how DigiGym ("DigiGym", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DigiGym mobile application (package name com.digigym.fit, the "App").

Information We Collect

We collect the following information directly from you when you use the App:

• Phone number — used to sign you in via a one-time password (OTP). We do not use email/password accounts.
• Profile information — full name, age, gender, and height, which you provide when setting up your DigiGym profile.

We do not collect your precise or approximate location, camera or photo library contents, contacts, or health data from Health Connect, Apple Health, or similar services. The App does not include any advertising or analytics SDKs.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure (phone number + OTP).
• To create and display your fitness profile within the App (name, age, gender, height).
• To operate core App features, such as showing nearby gyms.

How Information Is Stored

After you sign in, an authentication token is stored securely on your device and is used to keep you signed in. Your profile information is stored on DigiGym's servers and associated with your account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DigiGym, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Delete Account & Data.

Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at digigym.fit@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

DigiGym is not directed at children. The App requires users to be at least 16 years old to create a profile, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
