Delete Account & Data

You can request deletion of your DigiGym account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to digigym.fit@gmail.com from the phone number registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the phone number associated with your DigiGym account so we can locate it.

We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information (full name, age, gender, height)
• Your phone number and authentication data
• Any other data associated with your account on DigiGym's servers

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.
